Meet Dr. Craig August
As a native New Yorker, Dr. August earned his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1983 from the New York Chiropractic College shortly after attending Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. With over 35 years of consistent practice and experience, Dr. August is now one of the most sought after chiropractors in the North Miami and Lauderhill area. Additionally, Dr. August holds a license in both the state of New York and Florida.
His chosen path dates back to childhood as Dr. August became the sole caretaker of his mother who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Intrigued by the complex workings of human anatomy, Dr. August began studying biology, anatomy, physiology and the connection between the nervous system and muscular-skeletal system at an early age. His interest in health led him into sports where he became a college athlete and a nationally ranked tennis player.
Dr. August's personal, educational and professional experience brought forth his role as the principal owner of Trauma and Rehab Associates, where he works collectively with a team of talented, qualified, and hand-picked chiropractors and professionals. Diagnosis: We always begin with a careful evaluation of our client's concerns. Treatment Plan: After the initial assessment, the team will customize a treatment plan that tailors your needs to begin treating and healing your injury alongside preventing further injury. During treatment, you will work privately with one of our skilled doctors to help bring you back to a pain-free life.
Recovery Progress: Your treatment plan will include follow up visits to which our team can continue to monitor your recovery progress. You will also be recommended at-home exercises so you can continue to keep up the progress you have made!

Really is the best chiropractor North Miami has to offer. I work at a computer all day so I have major neck pain. Not only did they help me with the pain, they also showed me at home exercises that have greatly reduced the frequency I get the neck problems!
